Terms of Service

By accessing autopilotaibusiness.com or using any Autopilot AI Business service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the services. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Autopilot AI Business provides, subject to the agreed scope of engagement:

• AI automation for customer capture, qualification and follow-up
• CRM access for managing leads, contacts, listings and communications
• Messaging capabilities across supported channels such as WhatsApp and Instagram
• AI voice receptionist capabilities for inbound and outbound calls
• Property search and customer-to-property matching

Specific features, volumes and integrations are those set out in the applicable order or agreement.

Business customers are responsible for:

• Keeping account credentials confidential and restricting access to authorised users
• The accuracy of listings, contacts and other data entered into the platform
• Obtaining any consent or providing any notice required for the communications they send
• Ensuring their use of the services complies with applicable law and platform rules
• Notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access

AI outputs — including conversational replies, summaries, property descriptions and match suggestions — are assistive tools and may contain errors or omissions. The business customer or brokerage remains solely responsible for confirming listing details, pricing, availability, legal compliance, disclosures, and any property transaction. Nothing produced by the services constitutes legal, financial or professional advice.

The services depend on third-party platforms, including Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform, telephony providers, and AI inference providers. Their availability, policies, pricing and technical behaviour are outside our control and may change. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy enforcement actions, or changes that affect service functionality, and your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.

The website, platform, software, designs, and all related intellectual property remain the property of Autopilot AI Business or its licensors. Business customers retain ownership of the data and content they supply, and grant us the rights necessary to process it in order to provide the services. No licence is granted to copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the platform.

You agree not to use the services to:

• Send unsolicited, deceptive or unlawful messages
• Violate the rules of any connected messaging or telephony platform
• Infringe the rights of others or misrepresent properties or offers
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Scrape, resell or redistribute the services without authorisation

We aim to keep the services available and reliable, but they are provided on an as-available basis. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages or events beyond our control. Unless a specific service level is agreed in writing, no uptime guarantee applies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Autopilot AI Business shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost leads, or lost business opportunities arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may modify, add to or discontinue features of the services, and may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where use creates legal, security or platform-compliance risk, or where required by a third-party provider. On termination, access to the platform ends and data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Autopilot AI Business operates, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
